The year ending 31st March 2018 will mark the end of our third year of our Commitment 2020 Business Plan.

Overall, we’ve made a surplus of £1.7m for the year ending 31st March 2018. Excluding property sales, the surplus has increased by £0.1m, showing an increase in effectiveness for our core operations.

In April 2018, we delivered Dillon Court, our largest scheme to date, which provides 39 Social Rent and 11 Shared Ownership Homes for older persons. We’re building a further 94 homes, which we are excited to watch develop over the next year or so.
